Skidboot, (we like to call Skidders) is a 10-year-old neutered male Pug. Skidboot is best in a home without other dogs because it can be authoritarian, especially around meals. Skidboot is definitely a people dog, however, and seems to be housebroken. Since Skidboot is an older dog, we sponsor its adoption by donations. Skidboot is vaccinated and neutered and ready for his new home. Wally is a small male terrier mix black and white. It is 1 to 2-years. Wally is a very happy and gentle dog who is good with children and does well with other dogs.Wally is a happy dog who loves to play with toys. This is more than just a story about a dog who can do amazing tricks. This is a story of a companion- man’s best friend. David Hartwig almost had to get rid of his dog, Skidboot, because of his mischievous nature. Thankfully, before the final decision was made, David noticed something special about Skidboot. He was smart! David and Skidboot formed a bond of love and respect and went on to perform in front of celebrities such as Oprah and Jay Leno. Unfortunately, Skidboot’s career came to an end as he started going blind. The amazing part of this story is the love and appreciation David has for his friend, Skidboot.
