Judiciary Committee to Vote on July 28

MSNBC reports today that the Senate Judiciary Committee will vote on the Sotomayor nomination next Tuesday, July 28th, said the committee chairman, Patrick Leahy of Vermont. Republican senators asked for a one-week delay on the vote, which is customarily granted, Leahy said.
