Developer eyes $9M project at Lyons Crossing

Township administrator Greg Hanahan said the plan is to create a new TIF district for the center once the developer has the property revalued.

The developer looks to construct an approximately $9 million retail building on the site, after demolishing existing buildings in the plaza, Hanahan said.

Township officials plan to act on a development agreement at their next meeting on July 26, Hanahan said.

The property also will be placed into the Dayton Mall’s existing joint economic development district.

The 201,000-square-foot plaza currently houses Subway, Great Clips , a Centerville-based real estate company, purchased the center, which is just south of the Dayton Mall at the intersection of state Route 741 and Lyons Road, for $3.5 million earlier this year. RG Properties, however, is not the site developer.

RG Properties, which purchased Richard Flagel Realty in April, is developing Austin Landing, the 142-acre mixed-use development on the northeast end of the Interstate 75 interchange at Austin Boulevard.

I have a pair of pink convicts and they are having babies all the time, this is my second set of fry, the first set was eaten by my Jack Dempsey but so far the parents are keeping them safe. The pet store isn’t interested because they reproduce too easily and I’ve given some away but is there any way to discourage them reproducing?

To be honest there isn’t much you can do apart from seperating the fish. You will just have to keep giving them away or add a natural predator such as a Golden Panchax (Aplocheilus lineatus).
